Daniel Tudhope, Qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist
About me and my therapy practice
I work with a range of issues including anxiety, stress, depression, shame and isolation, self-criticism, low self-esteem and life/work transition difficulties.
I have a special interest in working with people who have experienced abuse and relational trauma. This includes trauma experienced in childhood, and subsequent difficulties with sense of self and relationship with others, as well as male and female individuals who have experienced, or are experiencing abusive relationships. I provide a non-judgemental space in which issues can be explored and worked-through safely.
I have experience of working as a therapist in the charity sector, both with people who have experienced abusive relationships, and people who have experienced early relational trauma and significant difficulties with emotional wellbeing in the present.
In my past career I have worked as a Teacher, and an Analyst in the public sector. I live and work in Sheffield.
